In our first session together, I'll ask you what brings you to the Empathy Room. If it's nothing in particular, I'll ask you what your expectations of therapy together might be and what you’re looking for from me, as your therapist.

My session rate is £55, and for Blue lights and NHS workers, it’s £50.
